Can you recommend a cage supplier?

I'm looking to buy something locally. The shipping charges would be too much.

Accessories For Sale Just some feedback ....

That's the problem with leaving it in the hands of the end user. You've got no way of making sure every poster will do that, whereas if the classifieds section was broken down by region, you could just navigate to your local source with a few clicks. I'm looking to buy some cages, but there's...

...but wouldn't this section benefit from having subforums, broken down by country/state/city%town? Would make sorting through the classifieds a lot easier.

Can you recommend a cage supplier?

Hey guys, A few years back I purchased several cages from a supplier in West Montrose, ON. I moved & ended up selling my cages. Now I find myself looking to get back into the hobby. I loved the craftsmanship that my previous supplier in West Montrose put into his work, but he's a pinch on...

    Are these pellets any good?

Yeah, I noticed that as well. They also offer OXBOW ESSENTIALS ADULT RABBIT [25LB] at like more than double the cost of the first bag, so.....I'm just curious just how crappy that first bag of pellets are. :p

    Are these pellets any good?

I was just wondering if anybody here had any experience with Minor Brother's Rabbit Pellets Plain (MB RABBIT PELLETS PLAIN 25KG). It's definitely cost effective, which makes me a bit concerned, because you get what you pay for. The primary diet is hay, but I was just curious how people feel...

Can somebody please help me sex this rabbit?

Hi guys, I suspect that one of my does may be a buck. I Googled how to determine a rabbits sex, but the image I came across still confused me. So I took a pic of her genitalia because I just couldn't figure out what the heck I was looking at. My buck sniffs her butt, and then just hops away...

    Buck won't climax?

I guess I'll just have to keep trying. This is more difficult than I thought it would be. Question : How many times in a day can a buck mate? If I have four does, can I introduce each doe to the buck (one at a time) after 30 minute intervals? For example : 12:00 - 12:30 : Buck & Doe #1 12:30...

    Buck won't climax?

OK.... one rabbit per cage, got it. Sorry to nitpick, but I need a little more info. regarding that one rabbit per cage rule. I understand that one rabbit should occupy one cage at any given time, but what about when they're mating? Would it be ok to put multiple does in with one buck while...

    Buck won't climax?

So 2 bucks in one cage is a no-go. How about 2 or 3 does in one cage? That way, I could introduce multiple does to the buck (in his cage) and after maybe 30 minutes, I could return my ladies to their shared cage.

    Buck won't climax?

Ok, So I'm trying to breed my "meat rabbits" (NZW's), but the buck doesn't seem to climax. He'll mount the does, he'll have sex, but he never seems to fall off at the end of the act. Any idea why this is happening? I have been considering keeping two bucks in one cage, and when I want to...

What type of rabbit do you recommend?

Thanks guys!!!! Your answers really helped me by giving me a specific breed(s) to start examining. As for where I'll buy them, hmmmm...never gave it much thought. I've seen ads on Kijiji.ca and thought I'd pick them up from a closeby seller. I'm guessing that these are more like "backyard...

What type of rabbit do you recommend?

Hello, I'm new to the forum (this is my first post..hello!) and the reason why I joined is I plan on breeding rabbits for two purposes : 1) To supplement my dogs diet 2) To try eating myself ; I heard they're quite tasty! (Sorry if that's grossing anybody out) :D I spent a good hour...
