I know this has nothing to do with bunrabs, but I thought it was hilarious.

For those of us who have a dog that sleeps in the bed with us, you know can't deny it.

Oh and I guess I should add this one to...

Darn Pintrest for such adorable dog photos that make me feel happy inside and make me want to share it with the world.

Ever notice that a cat sleeping on top of you weighs twice as much as the same cat when awake?

Yes. Sleeping cat gravity. My cat sleeps on my feet at night sometimes and I swear she weighs 20 lbs when she is out. :)

Once, my mom had gone to sleep on her stomach, with her arms over her head. The cat (big cat) found a nice depression where the comforter went over her legs, and snuggled into the comforter between her thighs.

When she awoke, she was pinned to the bed!

See, you just don't know the trick. If said dog is sleeping on blankets, you slide the blankets and the dog comes along with! My dog's so used to this, he doesn't even wake up!

I love the smile on that last dog! How cute is that?

Chase, my JRT sleeps in the bed, under the covers, down near my feet. When he was younger he would growl if I accidentally touched him with my feet, so I would just sweep him off the bed with my foot! After ending up on the floor a few times, he realized the bed is mine and he is a guest.

I love having a small dog sleep with me- I've never had a large one that was allowed to do so because they take up too much room. I could do without all the white hairs stuck to the comforters and sheets, though.

My Jack Russell sleeps in bed with. Me most of the time she sleeps on her pillow near the end of the bed where I tell her to sleep but sometimes I'll wake up and she's sleeping on my pillow on top of my head or dead centre of the bed crosswise so my legs are off the bed. Occasionally if she's upset or I'm mad at her she'll do the cute cuddle.

My mastador will kick my husband. She snuggles against me and takes all four legs and PUSHES as hard as she can until he's not near here.

She's done this to me on occassion as well...apparently she doesn't play favorites. :)

That's why no dogs sleep in the bed full time.

Ahh...to have a 10 lb. dog. Ours are 85-120 lbs. Until last week I had 3 of them in my bed every night (only 2 now, RIP Maggie). My kids are mystified as to how I managed to actually fit with them. I couldn't tell you exactly but it involved some contortions, a leg over on this side, an arm under on that side, head tilted, one has to pee, reshuffle, leg up, arm under....

Phoenix sleeps on the bed until I get in, then she immediately jumps off. There is just not enough room for both of us on the bed, and I suspect that I either move too much for her, or I snore. I'd like her to know she snores too, and when she is asleep under my bed, she sometimes kicks the boxsprings.
