what are some of your largest buyers for meat rabbits. stores, farmers markets,private,? What is the best way to get people to try rabbit to find new buyers of rabbit meat.

I sell most of my meat rabbits as prey model for pet food (reptiles, dogs, cats, ferrets) or dressed and ground for dog or cat food
It is illegal to sell uninspected meats for human consumption in Ontario and rabbit processors are few and far between so not really worth it for me to travel to with my small rabbitry (10 does)

Be sure to check your state or other locale regulations. Some states do not allow selling butchered animals. In Oklahoma, I can butcher and sell but only directly to the end consumer. I can't sell to restaurants or retail establishments without inspection.
