I like the idea of sweet and sour rabbit, but I am going to use my own sauce/veg recipe, this uses too many pans! The batter is a treat, you can do without that too. But I want to try it with batter, it sounds yummy!

My recipe is more like: Saute the marinated rabbit chunks, onion, and carrot until tender, add the peppers, canned diced tomatoes, canned crushed pineapple, vinegar, sugar, salt, maybe a little corn starch, stir, simmer, eat--all in one pan. Mom's recipe--except hers called for meatballs.
