I'm in Southern Oregon on .18 of an acre in town. I have 6 chickens for eggs and just got 6 bunnies for meat. We garden and raise most of our own greens and food. I can a lot - am making Green Tomato Chutney and Green tomato Jam today. My buns are 7 weeks old so it's about time to butcher and I was researching the "broomstick" method and butchering information when I found this site. It looks great and I hope to post something informative soon.

Are you buying rabbits to eat or do you plan to let a pair grow up and breed them?
Btw, welcome!
