I'm too much of a wimp for bruised ribs. (I went out to my car after dark and tripped over a garden hose in the front yard. Nothing broken, but doc says I'll be pretty sore for the next week or so.)

That is terrible Trinity oaks,
I guess that is why they say "Cleanliness is next to Godliness".
It also helps to prevent injured Ribs! :)
Don't go out walking after Dark!
"It's a jungle out there"!
I hope you heal quickly, injured ribs can be quite painful.
No more tripping over Hoses!
You can trip the light fantastic!
But, No more Hoses! [Snicker]

Ouch! :( I've had cracked ribs a few times, so I know how sore you'll be. No laughing, no coughing, no swimming! Playing accordion isn't too good, either.

DH started digging a trench in our backyard (hasn't finished it yet) to see where our weeping tile bed is. I was trying to chase a rooster down in the dark and fell in that a few weeks ago - no bruised ribs but a bruised thigh. I decided to leave the rooster to the coyotes.

Thanks, y'all! With help from some Tylenol 3, I slept reasonably well. My arm (which I landed on and pinnned between my ribs and the ground) feels much better, but I'm thinking the Dr. didn't Xray my ribs high enough.
