Look up wry neck, or head tilt. It is usually caused by either inner ear infections (sometimes linked to pastuerella) or e. cuniculi. It can be cured, but left alone will often progress to the point where it can hinder their movement.
 
What can I give her?? She doesnt have ear mites and she's still eating. She can still put her neck down regularly and clean herself and eat but then just put it back. I saw that she could have had a seizure or head trauma or pasteurella. She isn't sneezing andndoesnt have any nasal discharge
 
ear mites aren't the same as ear infections, thought they can lead TO ear infections. do her ears look inflamed on the inside or have an odd smell? you can put some mineral oil drops in her ears anyway just to be safe.

i would suspect e. cuniculi. i've never dealt with it before but a wry neck without an ear infection generally points that way. it usually starts with a tilt or staggering but can become really dangerous quickly, so fast treatment is a must. there are some treatments but i'm not sure how expensive or available they may be. you may need to take her to a vet that is familiar with rabbits to get it. someone who has dealt with it before could give you more information on cost and availability of treatment.

A combination of antibiotics (in case its an ear infection) and anti-parasitic (like panacur) might work. But I don't know the doses. If it is e cuniculi it is contagious, and passed through feces, so as she may a bit young to wean, keep the cage extra clean. The safest bet would be to take the rabbit to a vet. The ones I've treated for it have all been cured with panacur alone, indicating they were caused by e cuniculi
Also, keep an eye on your other rabbits. If it is that, she most likely would've gotten it from one of them
