Sorry the pictures aren't the greatest and she's blowing her coat but can anyone help me on what colour this Angora is? She is mostly french and out of a REW doe and grey buck.

Siamese sable isn't a recognized angora color, not saying that she isn't, but I think she looks plain old sable to me. Beautiful though!
Siamese sable and sable are genetically the same, just a different name used for different breeds.

I agree she looks sable, another option would be dark sable (known as seal in other breeds) or a black pearl (AKA sable point) which is a lighter shade.
