even when I am actively posting, the page does not refresh- it always "sticks" at my last post time. Is there anything I can do to remedy this situation? Thanks in advance from a "computer-challenged" bunny-blogger!

First, sorry this thread got by me. Usually any post in this forum sends me an email alert, but I guess it doesn't work when a topic is moved here.

Your issue sounds like a simple browser caching issue. Which browser do you use? In IE try clearing your "temporary internet files" and in Firefox or Chrome, clear the cache. That should fix the issue. As to why your browser isn't updating its cache, I can't really say.
