Does anyone out there ground up rabbit meat. Hubby is a little excited for rabbit burgers.

We love ground rabbit meat. We make rabbit meatballs, and tacos, burgers and sausage. We find that it holds together much better than ground venison without adding fat to it.
DH is not-so-patiently waiting for some rabbit sausage. If I can replace Neese's with something similar using rabbit meat I am sure he will be sold 100%! :lol: He was hesitant with rabbit meat until the night he unknowingly used it on nachos and thought it was chicken.
