I have $60 to burn on Amazon.ca

So...give me some quality rabbit books.

I'm considering this one
http://www.amazon.ca/Diseases-Domestic- ... 187&sr=1-2

Which would take all my money and then some, and I'm fascinated by diseases and stuff but this book MIGHT be over my head. :)

So....give me more books....

THANKS!

__________ Thu May 20, 2010 10:51 pm __________

and then there's this one....
http://www.amazon.ca/Rabbits-Husbandry- ... 187&sr=1-9

and this one
http://www.amazon.ca/When-Your-Rabbit-N ... 58&sr=1-19

can you tell yet that I've been browsing amazon? :)

so anyways, if you all have any ideas I'd be delighted to know them.

Ladysown, the first book seems to be available used in paperback from $19.99... check it out before spending all that money for the hard-cover edition.

I don't know any of these books, so can't help you decide. Sorry!

Storey's guide to raising rabbits is a good one, I want it, but the feed store only carries the guide for chickens and turkeys.

Devon, try abebooks.com for really cheap copies of Storey's rabbit book. I also suggest Anne Kanable's book, Raising Rabbits. It's from the 70's but has a lot of good info in it. Copies of both these books can be found for just a couple of bucks on abebooks. Check the shipping costs though! Some are great, some are outrageous.

I'm assuming, Ladysown, that you have or know both these books.
