I'm got some smallish 8-10 weeks old. Suggestions on dishes to be to best for there size? I was thinking cornish game hen size but with no skin? Can I wrap them in bacon?
Going to be needing grow out space soon.

Wrapping in bacon is an excellent way to cook rabbit. I'd go for it!
The little ones are kinda nice to debone and pan fry too

I ended up giving all the meat away! lol
