I was watching an ad about using French's toasted onion crushed and coating chicken. I remember my mom making that and it was GOOD!! Skinned chicken, dipped in milk, rolled/coated in crushed up French's toasted onion stuff. Baked.

That would be excellent with rabbit, I'm thinking. So...I'm going to try it tonight. Got a rabbit thawing now. It's kind of like "shake and bake" but with more ONION flavor. I might add a strip of bacon around one piece before coating with the onion stuff to see how THAT works.
