My neighbor gave me about 10lbs of collard greens which I am going to use for the bunnies. They can't eat all this before it goes bad so I wanted to preserve it somehow. I wasn't sure what was best. Freezing or dehydrating? We get really hot here so I was thinking the freezing might be a nice treat when it's a hundred out but how do you freeze veggies w/o it getting all stuck together? Any advice would be great. i have the dehydrator ready with some herbs and want to add these if that's the way to go.

Thanks!

I don't know jack about collard greens
I do know about surplus food -

I tend to hang dry rabbit greens

I agree with Ann, but if you wanted to freeze them you could lay the cubes (or whatever form you have them in ) on a cookie sheet,
spaced apart, freeze them and then put them in a container.
