Place rabbit quarters or pieces in crockpot
Smother with Italian dressing
cook on high about 2 hours or low for 4 until it starts separating from bones (mostly done)
Stir in a small bag of fresh or frozen green beans(or 1 can)
Cook until beans are soft and hot
*I also add 3 small sliced colored sweet or bell peppers
A handful of chopped fresh spinach, and mushrooms.
Turn crockpot to high if not already.
While veggies are cooking, boil up some angel hair or other favorite pasta.
When all is done, remove rabbit, stir pasta into the sauce and veggie mix, serve pasta topped with a piece of rabbit. Sprinkle with parmesan.
