I just shucked soem corn and would love to feed the cooked ears and cornstalks to the rabbits

yes to giving them the shuckings and silk , i find that with small breed bunnies though you need to monitor the amount of silk they get.
as to the corn cob... it's very sweet so you'll want to watch the sugar intake, and break up the corn cobs a bit. I've never had them take the cobs once cooked, but raw I break them into fourths and give each set a piece.
