Color identification?

Would you consider this buck a black or blue magpie? His mother was a Californian and his father was a tricolored rex/nz cross. IMG_3984.JPGIMG_4056.JPGIMG_4066.JPGIMG_3984.JPG
All these pictures are of him at various stages. His siblings from the same litter were magpie charlie, a broken tan/pale orange color kit, broken tort, tort, and another buck was marked like him but much more sparsely. I do have a few pictures of the rest of the litter if that would help.

Here are the photos the breeder posted of his whole litter and the Californian doe is mom.

you can clearly see of him in the natural light, he's a black magpie. About what I would expect with what the other kits in the litter are. :)
