I have a buck and after looking at the pedigrees saw that he is the grandfather of one of my does. Can I breed them or no?

Sure! I myself do not shy away from breeding relatives except for full siblings, but I've heard that inbreeding does not affect rabbits as badly as other species.

Close breeding will just intensify whatever traits are there. If you like the results you can repeat it. If not, then you can eat it.
