So I finally convinced hubby that he needs to start on the 2 dozen hides in the freezer...I can't find alum anywhere. I found aluminum sulfate brand name Blue magic...anyone know anything about it? He wants me to order it today..but I respect your opinions so I am asking here first...thanks...
 
I kind of expect a fail..these are fryer hides..at most 13 weeks old so fairly fragile...but I also don't expect much because he left an elk hide in brine for close to a year.. :sick:
When I do the important ones it will be me doing it alone..
