I am moving and cannot take my rabbits with me. I thought this would be a good place to find someone with rabbit experience who could take care of them. They are 2 year old females who have been together since they were very young. They like attention, love to be pet, never have biten and they are litter trained. They are used to being kept relativly free range and I do not want them to go to someone who would keep them in a small cage. I am located in Toronto and would be willing to bring them anywhere within 2 hours drive from me, if you show you are the right person. I can send you pictures by request.

I'm so sorry JW - there are literally HUNDREDS of rabbits in need of homes in the Toronto area ... your best bet may be your own circle of friends who already either love the bunnies or care for you enough to want them in a good home
You do know that no pets clauses in Ontario aren't legal and can't be upheld? (just in case that's why you can't take them)
good luck finding them homes ... I wish I had room to take them in but my foster spots are overflowing

I am aware of the amount of pets in need of homes. I am posting in every place I can find responsible pet owners. Also the reason I need to give them away is because I am leaving the country, animal import laws would cause major complications for trying to bring them with me.

You are so welcome ...

import laws depend a lot on the country .. so it may be worth checking into - or not your choice

good luck
